• Manage staff, resources, contracts, and operations within the state to deliver safe and efficient services to customers at the lowest cost to Tempo• Daily invoicing, weekly P&L reporting, budgeting, and safety reporting, as well as quarterly staff reviews • Develop business by nurturing existing customer relationships and creating new customer relationships• Action quotes and variations, approve and submit invoices and purchase orders daily• Initiate and participate in all aspects of the tendering process – tender identification, pricing, review, RFIs, tender meetings, and roll out• Address and resolve all operational issues• Participate in and contribute to all asset management meetings• Manage warehousing, inventory, stock ordering, and deliveries, including plant and equipment• Manage state vehicle fleet, including servicing and repairs• Review technicians’ schedules daily, and ensure productivity
