Current- Psychometric analysis, validation interviews, interview briefing and creation of detailed reports for senior roles within the public and not-for-profit sectors.
- Design and delivery of bespoke assessment processes for hiring, development and restructure, including full assessment centres, interviews, stakeholder engagement panels, and role plays.
- Mapping of competencies and values to our Altitude framework or creation of bespoke frameworks.
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis and desktop research for recruitment process reviews and thematic analysis of assessment processes.
- Design and delivery of inclusive recruitment training, with focus on neurodiversity and bias.
- Co-founding and chairing of the GatenbySanderson LGBTQ+ Network
