As well as continuing my work on enhancing the learning disability evidence base in Scotland, I am also currently working as part of the Scottish Health Equity Research Unit (SHERU) on a programme of research aimed at improving health and tackling inequalities in Scotland. This is a collaboration between the Fraser of Allander Institute and the University.

I provided evidence and analytical expertise to assist both internal business areas and external partners. This included supporting the priority actions.

I was the lead analyst for environmental and transport tax forecasting at Scotland's official, independent economic and fiscal forecaster. I was also responsible for forecasting expenditure on newly devolved social security benefits and services. I undertook forecast evaluations and had a leading role in the publication of the Commission's first ever.
