Developed and implemented United Way’s Henderson County 2025 goals, including the collection of baseline data from over 100 community, state, and national organizations. Assist in the planning and implementation of current United Way Strategic Plan. Represent United Way during annual fundraising campaign. Represent United Way with our local nonprofit, governmental, and for-profit businesses. Coordinate Annual United Way Day of Caring: this includes managing the assignment of over 300 volunteer who provide labor for more than 35 community projects in a single day.

Responsible for the management of PRH’s Wellness and Wheels (WOW), Preschoolers Reaching Educational Potential (PREP) and Kidpower (childhood obesity) programs. Served as point of contact for all of PRH’s community events. Serve as staff liaison to PRH’s Foundation and Marketing departments.

Responsible for the management of a team of 15 people, comprising the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Women’s Heart Health, Wellness on Wheels, Preschoolers Reaching Educational Potential, and Kidpower programs. Controlled a budget of approximately $1M.

Monitored cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation patients, educated patients on risk factors for cardiovascular disease, performed EKG testing, stress testing, Holter monitoring, community wellness screenings, and instruction of employees on basic life support/CPR.
