Significant deliverablesAt programme inception I mobilised (circa 650 IT resources) across Commerzbank and DKIB. This involved the creation of a single programme team made up of resources from areas such as:• Front office equity and fixed income development• Risk and finance analytics• Back Office settlement and reconciliations• Application and infrastructure deploymentPlanning & execution is the engine room of any large scale change programme, and it was my primary responsibility in the IB integration programme. As the chair for the weekly programme working group (IT) forum, it was my responsibility to oversee the delivery of the individual milestones that made up the integration.
