Managed day to day output, construction and well work operations for 13 offshore production facilities, 25 satellite facilities, and 66 oil and gas wells owned by Bois D’Arc Offshore LTD.• Supervised 49 personnel, 2 helicopters and 4 offshore vessels. • Oversaw training of new personnel in the fundamentals of safe oil and gas production operations. • Participated in team reviews for facility commissioning/decommissioning, facility start-ups, expansions, modifications and upgrades.• Worked with engineers during planning and development stages; reviewed CAD structural and piping drawings, safety flow diagrams, P&IDs, electrical area classifications, HAZOP plans and more. • Safely managed rig moves and well reconnections after rig work had commenced.
