P&L accountability with multi million dollar spend.With the technical team reporting into this function which provided services for three business units.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and participating in all executive management meetings.

Major rationalisation of sites and consolidation of back office functions to head office in Australia. Divestment of in ground irrigation, pet care and outdoor merchandise portfolios linked to profit improvement strategies. Organisational re structuring and alignment with the Australian business and incorporation of ANZ marketing strategies,business planning and financial structures.
