Property Consultant and Artist...I have been involved in the the construction industry for around 25 years, with a background in Quantity Surveying / Project Management and experience in all main sectors. More recently (2023) I moved from the Client Consultancy role to a Property Development role, having achieved all I wanted to on the Consultancy side. I enjoy providing strategic advice at the outset of a project and this was one of the reasons for Property Development as you get to see the potential project right at the outset. I also enjoy the construction stage when you get to see the design come to life...My real passion outside the day job is my Artwork. This is now my other "career" and while I only recently started getting into it seriously (2021). I have always had a keen interest in artwork and enjoying creating artwork in a realism style. I provide commissions and work on a variety of subjects including buildings, historic sites, everyday objects, nature and landscapes.
