David has significant experience as an in-house attorney and a partner with a global law firm handling high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters and counseling executives on risk management and compliance with complex federal and state regulations. David is best known for representing banks and financial services companies but also has experience in the health care, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, insurance, transportation, and media industries. As senior counsel for a large mortgage company, David presently advises executives on a wide range of issues concerning mortgage originations and servicing; oversees a nationwide program for preferred litigation counsel; handles compliance projects; and leads teams of attorneys representing the company in commercial cases, class actions, and a large portfolio of single-consumer cases.
