Led the project services department that provided scheduling, cost engineering and procurement services to large capital projects for several multi-national mining companies, which included capital execution projects and concept, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies. - Directed the formulation of major capital cost estimates, ensuring the “Golden Thread” from engineering design through to equipment BOQs, WBS and costing. - Pioneered the implementation of PRISM earned value software at Anglo American Platinum
