Managed and performed groundwater sampling, monitor well installations, soil borings and sampling, clean-up systems installations, site closures, and excavations at Florida Bureau of Petroleum Storage Systems sites. Ensured the contractors were following the proper safety procedures and that the proper safety equipment was being used at each job site pending on the job being done.

Conducted, in accordance to the FDEP rules and regulations, annual, semi-annual, and quarterly groundwater sampling events which includes the collection of water samples from well points, water levels, and top of casing surveys of newly installed well points.Additional duties consisted of soil borings and screenings, table preparation, instrument calibrations, and equipment maintenance. Also while on each job site, the proper safety precautions were taken to ensure a safe working environment.

Performed annual and semi-annual sampling events for various counties, cities, and businesses in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South and North Carolina. Sampling events include groundwater, surface water, methane monitoring, and some wastewater collection per EPA guidelines as well as State. At all the above sampling events proper safety measures were followed at each different job site.

Provided specialized disposal services to clients including educational, industrial and research laboratories. Responsibilities included manifesting, lab packing, labeling of containers, loading and coordinating transportation, sampling/profiling bulked and drummed waste streams while adhering to health, safety and regulatory procedures.
