Responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Marketing for a provider-sponsored health plan since inception.

Developed and implemented business plans and clinical service line plans throughout the system, engaging leaders and physicians in strategic planning, and conducting relevant market/consumer research. Led a team of project managers / data analysts. Assisted in the development and launch of a new concierge provider practice (Novara), a new on-site employer clinic (Rock Medical), and launch of a new health plan, Eliance Health Solutions.

Responsible for strategic planning, customer experience (member / patient), product development, market research, and project management of new business opportunities. Responsibilities crossed all lines of business (Commercial Group, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid) and extended to building collaborative products with Geisinger Health System's provider arm. Geisinger Health Plan grew to over 500,000 members.

Developed and implemented many unique products for individuals and employer groups. Managed staff related to this development. Created wellness products and department, PPO and HMO products and riders, provider network products for out of area groups. 1992-2002: performed various roles at Geisinger: Senior Management Engineer for Geisinger Clinic and Geisinger Medical Center, Product Development Manager, Manager of Market Research, Claims Manager.
