• Cash application of a high volume of collections from the different subsidiary companies:- Allocation and reconciliation of invoices.- Bank reconciliation accounts.- Functions related to monthly / quarterly closures.• Migration and integration of the incoming cash processes of the GerAus region to the Shared Service Center (SSC) located in Barcelona.• Reporting of KPI’s & SLA's to the management.• Training for new users assigned in different countries.• Attention and follow-up with the local teams of the incidents related to the collections of the country.-Process payments in SAP (F110) and manually via online banking.-Cash Forecast at 7 and 25 days to report to Central Treasury.-Deposits and fundings between entities.

Direct customer contact in order to solve any customs-related issues. Help on correct preparation of documents needed to introduce customers packages into Spain from Outside EU.

- Remittance department. Providing assistance to the department and specially focus on inwards payments, process and input of payments in all currencies, generation of credit advises, etc...- Cash department. Process of payments ordered trough Direct Debits, Bank Giro Credits, and Faster Payment System, as well as other cashier duties , provide statements, balances, withdrawals, etc...
