As company officer and senior technology executive for Caremark's $43B business, our focus was to restructure the technology organization in support of business strategies and process improvements across all corporate functions. Limited tenure as Caremark SVP, CIO due to the CVS acquisition in 2007.

Reporting to the President of Motorola's $23B Mobile Devices business, my team drove functional excellence across the global technology organization, implementing extensive offshore outsourcing while supporting rapid new product and service introductions, including the record setting RAZR mobile device. During this tenure, the team reduced operating costs over $60MM while implementing new IT operating models across the corporation’s enterprise supply chain operations.
