As someone who thrives on adventure and challenge (hence my nickname, ‘The Explorer’), I’m in my happy place when I’m helping businesses find new routes to resourcing. People really are a business’s greatest asset, and getting the mix just right is the key to growth. Over the past 17 years, I’ve worked my way through the resourcing ‘jungle’, starting out as a researcher, through to operational management, and now Director level.
