Reporting to the COO. Responsible for the Operations Fluids plants within the Domino Group. With direct accountability for the UK and US plants. Leadership and delivery of the operations strategy and delivering the operations excellence program. Leader of the build, commissioning and operation of Domino's brand new flag ship factory that was opened early.

Reporting to the Operations Director. Leading and managing the operation's team across all aspects of the manufacturing site in Liverpool. Including SHE, facilities, logistics, warehousing, shipping, manufacturing, quality, materials management, customer service, planning and distributor support.

Reporting to the GM. Leading and managing a team of 50 people at the Liverpool manufacturing plant. Covering all aspects of the sites manufacturing areas, achieving 10%+ year on year productivity improvement.
