Throughout my time in this role as a hands on IT Manager, I have held overall responsibility for the running of the ICT Department with 3 direct reports. Our department is responsible for over 200+ Desktops/Laptops, 100+ Tablets and 200+ mobile phones. Ensure the smooth running of a goods-inwards department that received in excess of 200 pallets per shift and included, but was not limited to:• Maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety standards;• Efficient deployment of 18 employees within the department;• Management of stock flow into the warehouse including container and pallet freight;• Management of 3PL Storage;• Ensuring that the weekly intake of stock is completed each week;• Management of over 150 different vendors to ensure stock coming into the company meet the supply and delivery conditions put forward by Danks and agreed to by the vendors;
