Having worked in the Leeds office since 2006, I have developed my career from an Associate Consultant with zero experience in Sales to running the Leeds office as Sales Director. Sthree has supported my growth through a world class Training and Development Program throughout all levels of roles I have held. I continue to be developed to this day in areas relevant to my current position.In Leeds we focus on 3 key pillars of Performance, Customers and People. Due to a clear focus and strategy we have been able to win Sthree Contract Team of the Year 3 times since 2015, something we are extremely proud of. Our Customers continue to grow through our approach of only operating in STEM. Our Vision to become the leading STEM Talent Provider in the North continues to be a focus every day as we engage with new and existing customers and aim to provide the best customer service possible.
