Implemented an online scheduling software to save time and to more properly analyze labor cost. This service also sycs up with our sales to see our labor cost in comparison to sales. Researched and helped set up a POS system to help better keep track of sales and inventory. Created www.goldiesicecream.com and managed this domain with multiple e-mail addresses. Lead a team of 20 direct reports. Helped manage costs associated with $1M in revenue. Trained employees and maintained a safe working environment.
