Research and pay real estate taxes, HOA, and utility liens before delinquent and discount dates, including delinquent amounts and refunds where applicable. This includes any and all tax, HOA, and utility liens problems with borrowers, clients, taxing authority, and/or tax service.Identify, develop, and maintain operational procedures as well as provide recommendations for improving business processes.Manage a residential property tax, HOA, and utility portfolio of escrowed and non-escrow loans.Monitor and pay property taxes, HOA, and utility liens in advance of the due date.
