The total value of the two inventories exceed $8 million dollars.- Creates and implements command policies that ensure the unit is in compliance with all of the Army's standards. These policies have resulted in the unit consistently ranking in the top 10% of all of the units that comprise the 97th Troop Command.- Additionally assigned to the S-3 (Operations) section, as the Battle Captain, of the Utah Homeland Response Force (HRF).

These operational procedures allowed ClearPlex to keep the same warehouse staff while growing their yearly revenues from ~$1.5 million dollars in 2014 to ~$3.5 million dollars in 2016.- Implemented safety protocols that resulted in zero on-the-job injuries- Managed inventory and order forecasting that resulted in zero late shipments.
