Ensuring each individual case is treated with utmost urgency and respect, to ensure a fair and correct outcome for the client.● Awarded with the department Process Excellence award for my work in improving the processes in the team.

● On boarding new American Express Corporate clients for EMEA markets. ● Working closely with global partners, ensuring a quick and smooth process for acquiring new and additional corporate accounts.
