Provides technical support via telephone, email and remote-connect methods for hardware, network, systems, and software applications for internal/external customers, including support of the following technologies:· Desktop and laptop computers· Networking (cabling, routing, switching, DNS, Wi-Fi, carriers, etc.)· Print/fax/copy devices, including supply management· Mobile phones and networks· Handheld, peripheral, and other devices· Line-of-business software applications· Operating system and productivity applications (Microsoft Windows, Office, browsers)· User authentication and account issues, such as password resets. Assists in equipment provisioning for new facilities and network buildouts.· Maintains accurate inventory records and participates in I.T. asset lifecycle processes.· Rapidly responds to emergency situations, both during and outside of normal business hours.

• Support the operation and setup of the workstations, printers, servers and network• Perform upgrades and configurations of desktops, servers, and related peripherals• Administration of windows environments• Stay current with IT Security, technology changes and updates• Install and configure NetExtender VPN, Duo MFA, Microsoft MFA, Firewall and Antivirus (SonicWall and Sentinel One)

• Assist students and staff on any technical issues they may experience in person or remote control by the use of Kaseya, Microsoft Teams, or Quick Assist software applications. If possible, I teach them the solution for future encounters.• Configure “Scan to E-mail” functionality on Scanners by setting up port number 25 and server email address for outgoing packets• Deploying images on laptops and desktops using Ghost. In addition, joining it to the domain to follow organization’s policies.• Install VPN, Duo, Microsoft MFA, firewall and antivirus (Cisco AMP and Cisco Umbrella), and any software applications• Troubleshoot computer software and hardware. Extensive research to solve a technical issues not known to the team or myself. • Inspect cable lines to ensure that they are intact and working optimally• Configure and Manage PDQ Server• Reconfigured workstation’s BIOS settings to boot first from USB to install a new Operating System

• Manage a team of 4 to 9 employees• Unload supply truck and organize store warehouse• Stock and Organize store Floor• Assist customers with selecting and carrying purchases to car.
