CurrentCross trained in various departments;Warehouse — Respond to high traffic volume of e-mails on a daily basis, Run reports in Shipping to have an idea of what’s remaining for today’s ship date, Run reports in Assembly to have an idea of what’s coming to Assembly from pulling department, and wipe out back logs for orders which are past due.”Shipping (HQ Hub) — We receive a high volume of orders processed through our shipping system (TRAX) on a daily basis, Consolidate orders for certain customers and ship under one airway bill, Call and schedule counter-to-counter pick ups which include AOG’s and any orders which must be delivered the following morning.ASN’s — Create and ASN for any order that’s been shipped through TRAX and requires ASN prior to departing warehouse. Some of which include: Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Cessna, Spirit, Embraer, Magellan, Pratt & Whitney, Northrop Grumman, Bell Helicopter and Goodrich.Assembly — Process orders including AOG’s and ensuring they make it through to shipping prior to carrier cut off time as customer service is our priority, Routing orders to bagging and quality assurance when final inspection is a requisite.Bagging — Break down quantities as customers have requested, Ensure aircraft hardware is bagged correctly.Picker/Puller — Board a cherry picker and pull orders referenced in RF gun, Break quantities down when needed, Follow orders (MROs, AOGs) that are imperative and must ship immediately.
