I entered the Kia Motors group after graduated university in 1987 in Korea.At that time, Kia motors group is the most popular company in which almost people want to work. About ten years passed, Hyundai motors group mergered the Kia motors group.I had designed & deveolped front & rear axles for passenger car and commercial vehicles at R&D center for 12 years. After having worked at sales division for 10 years. My business was to get new development projects of powertrain parts(Engine, Transmission, half shaft, module etc.) from Hyundai andKia Motors, GM, Ssangyong Motors.Of course I got a lot of new projects for our company, So the company had been expanded several times than before. Especially I can't forget the things at this time are two accomplishmentsThe first is that I planed the moudule business of cars on contrast to the giant module company of Hyundai motors group.We accomplished the chassis module business for 2 years with the decision of CEO of Hyundai motors group. As a main working manager, I had faced a lot of difficulties and I had to persuaded many people of Hyundai motors group.The second thing is also to start engine business against Hyundai & Kia motors.As keeping a top secret, we examined carefully and persuaded the related people of Hyundae& Kia motors. For 3 years, We moved the older machining parts lines and assembly lines fromHyundai & Kia motors. Several years later, the business was enlarged about 15 times.After that I had managed the quality control team and system for 4 years at another branch company. Of course I had entitled the first grade quality when I was a junior of company.I had learned a lot of things from managing a large forging factory of Hyundai Wisco.I was in charge of the crank shaft forging factory, I had experienced a lot of things new in many sides. Now I 'm working for this company, Shinpyung Industry, as a sales mManaging director and a study head of R&D Center.
