• Inspect inbound produce using Agriculture & Agri-food Canada and USDA guidelines as well as Sobeys’ own internal product specifications to ensure grade, quality, temperature and safety standards are met.
• Document inspection results and provide to the replenishment and category management team for their follow up with the vendor or carrier.
• Monitor inventoried and outbound produce to ensure quality, proper rotation and cold-chain is maintained.
