Responsible for major dealer groups and small independent dealers, driving sales, profit and quality results in both the sales and aftersales environments.

Responsible for the creation, development, approval and support of the national representation and market plans, ensuring the plans were reviewed and maintained. In addition, I was responsible for the Renault network compliance to the minimum standards required within the Block Exemption Regulations (BER) selective criteria.

Laing Management was the Management Contracting division of John Laing plc, an International Construction Group now specialising in public sector infrastructure assets. Reporting to the Project Manager on the £180m new build Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London. I managed a £9m Structural Steelwork Superstructure Package on time and within cost plan. Managing the design team and specialist subcontractors. I was also responsible for the successful completion of the Atria and Mall Finishes and External Work packages on the hospital project.
