I thrive for opportunities to learn and explore the art of motivating and stimulating people's minds and inspiring them to push their limits. My present role allows me to work with people on their strengths and weaknesses and to get the best possible outputs from them. I believe in always being ready for the next big opportunity and I keep encouraging the people around me for this. My 14-year experience in different multinational companies gave me an opportunity to get up, close and personal with different operations and to also understand that the roles and responsibilities of someone handling operations—be it AGILE management, writing a business case with the correct project scope, and accurate project budget or be it allocating SMART goals to the team—it remains the same no matter whether it is a production or a service industry. Problem-solving has always been a critical quality that I have had since my first job in customer service where:1. I had consistently won awards for the most number of customer appreciations (with a maximum of 14 in a month) another example was of 2. reducing 66% of incorrect ticket assignment by researching and documenting a new process 3. saving 66% of a team through effective people managementI have seen the worst and the best of operations in different companies and I have only learned from all my experiences whether positive or negative.
