• Led a team of 7 people responsible for enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision-making within III Corps HQ, a matrix organization of 700+ people organized into 50+ staff sections.
• Assessed the III Corps Tactical Network and redesigned the III Corps Web Portal improving usability, access to information, and information sharing.
• Designed and implemented a new III Corps Request for Information (RFI) system that ensured all RFIs were staffed and answered efficiently while maintaining visibility throughout the process.
• Designed and built a set of SharePoint sites to support the III Corps Tactical Battle Rhythm, providing working groups an efficient means of scheduling meetings, collecting data, and sharing information.
• Designed and built a new, online Operations Order processing system for III Corps that standardized procedures, increased visibility, and decreased order processing time.

Assisted the Director of the Fort Hood Mission Training Complex (MTC) in providing Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) simulation support to individual and collective training of over 45K Soldiers stationed at Fort Hood, TX.
