Contract Management of The Munition Acquisition, the Supply Solution Contract, a Cat A (£3.2bn) Long-Term Availability-based Partnering Contract that included:• Effective relationship management with key suppliers to deliver Contract performance according to contracted terms and conditions.• Pseudo profit saving in excess of £15,000,000 by challenging contractor quotations and understanding of their obligations to HMG.• Early internal and external stakeholder engagement to provide value-adding commercial expertise and advice.• Ensured monthly deliveries were made in accordance with contracted delivery schedules. and communicated timely to the team where deliveries did not occur resulting to appropriate action being taken.• Negotiated munition orders for senior approval, including negotiation of Variation of Price application and overhead charges.• Helped with the redesign of BAE Systems bespoke SAP system, provided feedback and innovative ideas constructively that led to the tasking process becoming more efficient.• Managed and delivered the requirements for contracts using UK and EU (DSPCR and PCR) frameworks.
