Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

Operated as the non-commisioned officer in charge for a dynamic team responible for aircraft arresting system overhaul, maintenance, tracking and installation and removal for all EUCOM theater airfields. My team provided and supported expeditionary deployment kits to enable tail-hook equipped fighter aircraft employment at any airfield within the EUCOM area of operations. Collaborated with Contingency Response Group peers to enable austere location aircraft employment. Specifically during this time, I utilized SIX SIGMA skillset to reduce overhaul times from 4-6 months from start to completion to less than six weeks with the same manpower and equipment. Leveraged new technologies available to employ water-jet technology to expedite system upgrade requirements by 50 hours per unit.

Ramstein-Miesenbach, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

During this time, I used my previous Operations Superintendent experience to maximize productivity of the command and support staff for a multi-national, US Air Force led, squadron that encompassed 120 military and 180 local national employees. Steered the unit to receive an overall outstanding external inspection rating. Utilized SIX SIGMA skillsets to fine tune programs to reduce wasted man hours and streamline productivity meetings for all clients. Meanwhile, I was the primary Unit Deployment Manager. We supported mobilization for eight different countries, for manpower and equipment, typically all in less than 30 days timeframe. Coordinated with country clearance teams, customs requirements and training requirements to ensure 100% on time mission and job execution.

Alconbury, England, United Kingdom

I supervised 64 US military and United Kingdom civilians on the facility maintenance and sustainment for RAF Alconbury and RAF Molesworth. We were responsible for electrical distribution, providing utilities and waste water treatment for both bases and the occupants. We handed over operations in a next generation estate contract bid that was won by a company in November of 2016 and wrapped up US Airforce, Ministry of Defense sustainment operations and processed turn in and handover of all assets to the contractor and defense logistic agency.

Alconbury, England, United Kingdom

I was responsible for four US military and one UK Ministry of Defense employee for maintenance, upkeep, and operations of nine permanant installed emergency generators and twelve portable prime power generators. We oversaw two small RAF bases where US forces were hosted to conduct combat support operations, intellegence processing and a host of NATO and Joint Military operations centers.
