I've always been attentive to people's needs, and I greatly enjoy meeting people and talking to them personally or telephonically , and business centric, with heavy emphasis on person-to-person interaction implied in any position is something that I think will really play to my strengths as a friendly and bubbly person. But beyond this, I am very conscientious, trustworthy, and reliable when it comes to meeting deadlines and business targets and would be a valuable addition to the any team.I have significant collections/customer care /call Centre/teamleader/managerial/banking and private sector experience and I am eager to carry over the skills that I've picked up over to my work environment. Currently I am a 2ndto team lead at Telesure Investment Holdings and always perspire to lead and achieve business expectations, which I currently achieve with domination and with no competing, done with consistent daily team drives and motivation.I am personable, friendly, and ready to assist current and potential clients. Now that I've taken the required courses on insurance and passed the Insurance RE5 andClass of business Exams and my continued professional development, I am quite knowledgeable about the various kinds of products and policies that a companyoffers to clients through proposals and guidance which leads customer tenure. Though I have not worked in the insurance field for a long time, I believe that my previous call Centre/team leader/managerial/customer care experience gives me the skills and attitude that I'll need to be successful.
