I have more than 12 years of experience in JSW Steel Ltd, India. and Currently working in Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited, Designated as Seniior Engineer in (Agglomeration) sinter plant. Involved in process control, shift handling, raw material handling, sinter quality control, operations, and involved in departmental activities and Audits like ISO 9001:2000/ISO-14001:04/OHSAS-18001:07, TQM: QC member, kaizen and innovation circle. SOP/SMP modification, contractor safety trainings (CFSA, SAM), Technical member of RMHS and Environmental control (fugitive and stack emission), inspection of raw material size and quality as per requirement, quality planning and control, expert in fire safety and emergency preparedness as well trained in first aid activities. technical member in Cost controlling measuresField of experience: Raw material handling, crushing of flux and fuels, maintaining bin levels, analyzing the chemistry of raw material (Iron ore) and giving set points based on quality of Iron ore, equipment inspection. Obtaining Crushing index of raw flux -3.15mm (90%) (limestone, dolomite) solid fuel (coal+ coke) -3.15mm (90%), inspection of raw material quality from imported and indigenous source.
