Developing and maintaining the Contract Health and Safety Plan.Previous Project;Harton Technology College, South Shields. Part of Building Schools for the Future programme for South Tyneside and Gateshead Council.The Harton Technology College Project was a Design and Build Contract with a contract value of 28 million which was split into two phases.This consisted of an19 million pound New Build which incorporates a new Sixth Form College,Phase 2 consists of a 9 million pound refurbishment of the existing school with the majority of the works being the Asbestos Removal and the installation of new Mechanical and Electrical Services.
