Logistics Functions;- Order processing, storage, Inventory management, & transportation.- Storing, handling and moving of equipment both locally and around the continent. - Responsible for tracking, clearing and delivery of air/ocean imports & exports- Coordinate Pre-shipment inspections for exports to Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania etc. - Process and track domestic and international shipments for customers as well as new clients. Work closely with local and overseas agents to fulfill customer requests and orders.- Complete all import/export documentation for shipments and manage customer service correspondence.Procurement Functions;- Negotiate suppliers pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.- Create all relevant documentation i.e. Purchase Orders, Suppliers Invoices. - Expedite all parts with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.- Sourcing of suppliers with better products and cost savings for the company.- Meet regularly with engineering and finance departments to communicate requirements with suppliers, ensuring highest quality is met at the lowest possible cost.- Continuously engage with line management to determine buying strategies in terms of efficiency and profitability

General Administration support to the Immigration Officer for Visa acquisitions (UAE & UK). Admin support pertaining to work permit applications and visa renewal applications for medical personnel to be based in the UAE and surrounding countries. Customer Service
