Data analyst responsible for reporting operational data to management and operational staff to increase efficiency. Led a new role developing reporting for the team. Developed dashboards to explain performance and enable management to drill through into data in detail. Developed workload management tools for operational staff to track their work directly from the system. My role involves working and learning independently, developing the full pipeline from data source, transforming data using SQL and Power Query M, developing a data model and presenting reports using Power BI. I engage with stakeholders using Agile project management techniques to ensure what I build is what the customer needs first time.I love learning and growing, frequently reading textbooks to understand programs better. I'm skilled within the Microsoft ecosystem, often showing others functionality and leading in times of change. I have some experience using the Power Platform.
