I am a very positive, personable and approachable team player and leader. I enjoy working with others and regularly meeting new people. I am a supportive leader and employee, and enjoy getting familiar with my peers and team by understanding what motivates them so I can better support, coach and encourage them. I am a bubbly person in and out of the office. I am passionate about event coordinating and love hosting on the microphone as MC. At AGL I was President of the social club, and I was also a volunteer for The Vines Golf club sitting on the Committee of Management as Membership & Hospitality President, which also saw me co-ordinate all social functions and golf days.I have been in a Customer Quality Consultant role for the past 3 years. This role includes leadership of a highly motivated Accredited Quality Assessor group, maintaining a quality focus for Customer Solutions in Adelaide whilst also engaging stakeholders with quality updates, calibration sessions and quality results. The last 8 months I have supported the implementation of a new quality system Avaya, providing training and support, and adapting to greater system capabilities to deliver better outcomes for stakeholders and insights against the customer experience. Prior roles at AGL have included leadership within Customer Solutions and technical coach role over my 10 years at AGL Eastwood.
