 Liaising between engineers, architects, builders & multi-discipline consultants to provide accurate structural design documentation & advice for local authority approval, certification & construction purposes. Responsible for scheduling & completion of structural engineering documentation for up to 25 projects concurrently, with a focus on client & stakeholder engagement to ensure all cost, time & accuracy expectations are exceeded, from initial consult through to completion of construction. Project exposure: - Residential: up to $10mil+ works budgets for private residences, plus numerous multi-storey apartment complexes. New constructs & heritage additions works.- Commercial & Industrial: $30mil+ works budget, including schools, shopping centres, retail, factory & warehouse developments. Other roles: - Training & development of new design team staff.- Development & implementation of document control protocols & procedures. - Office software & licensing manager & office IT manager.
