- Formulate strong, long-term business relationships with customers - Perform analysis of projects and propose solutions that best meet customer needs - Prepare tender documents for proposal submission and track customer follow-up- Conduct market research and BD visits within South East Asian region- Identify new opportunities and initiate relationships with potential customers, includingdistribution companies - Work closely with the customers’ sales team to service downstream customers - Reporting to Asia Director

- Responsible for Sales & Marketing for EPC, Chemical and Operation & Maintenance division for Water & Waste Water Treatment Business in Indonesia- Lead the daily activity in proposal and engineering division- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.- Report progress and market intelligence to senior management

- Responsible for Strategic Development of Purolite Ion Exchange Resins business in Indonesia- Promote the Company image and long term relationships with customer - Prepare annual budget preparation & yearly report

- Coordinate technical & commercial proposals- Prepare cost estimation with the sales engineer- Sales & Marketing Manager for Indonesia, Malaysia & Philipines- Assist with international & regional exhibitions
