Working outside the normal "electrical retail" environment I am creating relationships with members of the wine industry such as wine retailers, wine growers and wine publishers to promote an awareness of the Liebherr brand. Responsible for the general day to day running of the Blackburn branch. Juggling rosters with a 7 day trading system was always a challenge bearing in mind human content is never predictable. Stock, display, pricing and stocktaking were a daily focus and I believe that whilst at Blackburn these tasks and duties were always carried out efficiently and profitably. The directors at e&s were some of the greatest people it has been my pleasure to work with.

As National Training Manager with BSH was without doubt a hectic role with a great deal of travel interstate and overseas. Having said that, training was and still is my passion. The ability to transfer information to people like retail clients and business partners is I believe a gift that I have been lucky enough to be given. My favourite motto (I think by Kofi Annan) Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress.
