Managing high spec projects of up to £1m, including 2 swimming pool complexes; refurbishment of master bedroom and en-suite, new staircase, driveway and landscaping at Grade 2 listed house; gym complex with sauna, steam room and golf simulator; basement and ground floor extension; and refurbishment of half-sunk lake house. Ensuring smooth day to day running of site including health and safety, first aid site set up, checking risk assessments and method statements; liaising with clients (some high profile), subcontractors, architects and building control; problem solving; ordering materials.

All aspects of first fix and second fix carpentry, working on a wide range of projects from commercial projects such as hotels and schools to residential including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and luxury new build homes on private estates, up to approx value £15m. Also, the day-to-day running of the business including publicity, tenders, record keeping, reading drawings, invoicing, ordering and monitoring materials, liaising with clients, architects and building control surveyors, and managing sub-contractors.
