I am a human geographer and youth researcher with over ten years of experience researching and working in Palestine and the broader Middle East. As a human geographer my research focuses on the spaces of childhood and youth in the urban Middle East. Specifically, my interests include humanitarianism; post-conflict transformation; urban environmental psychology; refugee urbanism; trauma relief and resilience, geographies of children, youth and families; gender; and religion. I specialize in creative and participatory methods with young people.
