CurrentSVP / Associate General Counsel - Head of Litigation and ArbitrationI lead an exceptional nationwide team of attorneys and paraprofessionals who represent LPL in all litigation and arbitration matters filed against, or commenced by, LPL and its affiliates or advisers. I am responsible for strategic and tactical goal-setting, guidance, oversight and decision-making to ensure our in-house and outside counsel consistently deliver optimal results in the most cost-effective manner. I proactively interface with our Regulatory, Finance, Legal Operations, Early Dispute Resolution, Corporate Advice and Government Relations teams, as well as other key revenue-generating business units, to improve our risk management efforts by sharing information and lessons learned through case outcomes, and recommend policy revisions when appropriate. I regularly consult and advise on a wide array of key performance indicators and metrics to the C-Suite, and coordinate with our Finance team regarding potential claims and risk exposures.
