I have grown in my professional capacity to an extent where I am confident to initiate, maintain follow-up and manage tasks. My self-confidence are extensively, enabling me to act with authority. In a work environment I continuously set priorities met all deadlines, regardless of traveling internationally and domestic along with personal responsibilities and challenges.I have excellent communication skills within a team and with stakeholders. I am able to provide honest feedback and appreciates constructive feedback. An excellent skill is to empower junior members in the company by sharing knowledge and transferring skills. In my more than ten year career I have improved and excelled my knowledge starting out as a Project Manager working with mobile cranes and developed more skills in Hydraulics to be the expert in the field. During the last 5 years as a service manager for and international OEM my service excellence skills ensured that I executed my duties with confidence on the production machines. This is a result of being able to take any challenge and turn it into a learning opportunity.
