Drive continuous improvement on the frontline and sustainably embed new ways of working through the implementation of Standardised Work (SW) and supporting BOS practices. Assess and recommend focus areas and activities with a focus on unlocking value and realising sustainable business improvement. Guide and work with relevant stakeholders to build, test and deploy Standardised Work to improve work methods. Facilitate problem solving sessions with the frontline to identify the root cause of problems, collaboratively problem solve and explore opportunities to implement improvements into SW using the appropriate BOS tools
