I continue to help the Business flourish along with my Business partner William Baty who helped establish the business way back in 1979 with John Joyce.Away from work, I enjoy spending my downtime relaxing with my wife Caroline and our three children, Chloe, Aaron and Finn. We love our family holidays together. I also enjoy all sports especially football, and I do enjoy a game of golf from time to time though I don't profess to be much good at it though I try!I try to make sure that I treat people as I would like to treat myself and I find that's a good rule to live by as a little respect for each other costs nothing and goes a long way.
