Objective:Fulltime position as an Architectural Revit Designer, Revit Specialist and/or Job Captain. Managing construction documents and project’s Revit model, Building Code review, detailing and assisting with coordination amongst trades. During Construction Administration; submittal review as well as assisting with RFI’s, RFC’s/CO’s & generating JD’s.Architecture Experience:- Management & completion of Construction Documents as well as cartooning sets- Setup & management with project’s Revit models for all trades- CD detailing & coordinating with specifications and other trades- Building Code review including “H” Occupancy Class (NYSBC & IBC)- Running HMEx software for code review purpose- Creating renderings within Revit utilizing cloud-based Autodesk 360 Render- Submittal review- Assisting with RFI's, RFC’s/CO’s, generating JD’s, punchlist and project Closeout documents- On a past project: 1 day per week on-site inspection for a duration of 60 days- Assisted with Architectural Revit standards- Some experience with project’s budget control- Some experience with project cost estimating (Means Costworks)Specialties:Revit Architecture:​- Experience since 2005 to current release- Advanced Level in Creating parametric/smart families (Building Information Modeling)- Advanced Level in Creating custom curtain walls utilizing parametric curtain wall panels- Revit Schedules & calculated values within schedules- Revision clouding management- Basic Rendering Experience (cloud-based Autodesk 360 Render)AutoCAD:- Basic knowledge with current releaseNavisworks:- Navigation, perspectives & rendering- Operating NavisWorks Clash Detection while PM leads clash detection meetings- Running clashes from consultant’s models between clash meetingsHMEx:- Chemical hazard classification for code review occupancy classification
