Hello,I am current working as a Project Coordinator for Magumu Plantations Limited.The company is a coffee farm plantations, which has been producing coffee for the last one hundred and three years. It mainly exports coffee, in bulk, to Europe and the Middle East. The company also has various certification, such as Rainforest Alliance Certification, which ensures that strict health, safety, social welfare, and quality aspects are defined and maintained.My role is to create. implement, and assess new projects. I do this through assessing where the company can grow, how that growth can be achieved, and then formulate a plan for that growth to begin. From there, I will assign different tasks to different team members. I have bi-weekly check-in sessions with each member. During these sessions, we assess how well their progress is going, and I provide them with extra support if needed.Being a Project Coordinator has allowed me to engage in both the theoretical and practical aspects of the agricultural industry; from assessing how crops can receive better nutrients, to actually conducting practical crop examinations, I have been able to develop skills so that I can experience it all.

Hello,I am currently working at Hotpoint Bazaar Limited, a sister company to Magumu Plantations Limited, as a Project Coordinator.Hotpoint Bazaar Limited is a real estate company, which provides a premises where various vendors are able to rent stalls, and set up stores for their businesses, as well as establish resturants.My role is based on creating and implementing strategic projects, which shall help to boost the company's profit, as well as promote its brand within the real-estate market.

I was responsible for ensuring that all of the information on the website was correct and accurate, as well as ensuring that the multiple marketing and advertising campaigns were executed in the most efficient and effective way.

I was responsible for ensuring that the company inventory databases were kept up-to-date and that any changes which needed to be made to the products that the company supplied were done in a timely manner.

My main duty was to ensure that people learned of the company's new products and promotions through flyer drops and distributing the relevant advertising materials, as well as generating leads for new clients.
