As a freelance UX Designer, I am able to work with a variety of people and business to get the best results for the user. Whether the job call for the latest updates in virtual reality to the testing out a new prototyping tool, I ensure the best results for the projects. I love to learn the why behind every action and then craft pixel perfect solutions to those findings.

The client wanted to increase conversion rates of his product and allow users to take advantage of his featured sale. We had to look into e commerce best practices and create a viable user flow. Researching purchasing habits of target market, creative solutions for shopping cart designs, improve their conversion rate on high margin, and add-on items while customers are checking out. Using Sketch to create high fidelity mock-ups of the new site's layout, we were able to view multiple possible variations. With Invision, we could estimate several user habits while checking out and learn what prompted their purchasing habits.

Wire framing, prototyping, user research, synthesizing, and visual design were some of the tools I acquired while studying at General Assembly. I met with team members to solve user problems and conducted various research methods to achieve results while building various projects. Working on my own, I redesigned an art website as part of a class project for the back to school season. Rapid prototyping was used to build basic mockups from heuristic evaluation and user interviews.

Here I was responsible for stocking shelves, ordering product, setting up displays, managing inventory, and training new members. Aiding different departments as needed while maintaining the efficiency of my primary department, I have supervised the on boarding of new team members, completed statistical evaluation of the department's sales, and maintained customer relations. I have completed the management training program and I am receiver certified.
