Manage IT Project Deployments to Retail Stores. Overall responsibilities include scoping projects as well as determining and documenting business cases, business requirements, impact assessments, and change management for new hardware, network, and technology (employee facing) capabilities for US Retail stores. - Principle Product Owner of the Best Buy Handheld Device Application on MC40/TC52 Handhelds.--Responsible for understanding key stakeholders desired end state.--Establish business process and change management processes.--Create vision and road map for key retail system.--Create training and support documentation. --Ongoing SME for system while assisting in communicating the retail impact to support teams as issues arise. - Develop and maintain strong partnerships with market and field leaders. - Manage deployment of projects from a retail lens including communication, SOP updates, SME support, and field escalations.- SME for the following in the retail space: Hardware, Maintenance and Support, Networking, Traffic, Handheld Device Application, among other specialties. - Create reporting utilizing intermediate formulas within Excel for field leaders to analyze and make business decisions.

Working on the Order Management team I was responsible for Business Process Design for new capabilities for our Order Management System platform supporting both dotcom and retail store orders. Utilizing Vizio to establish process flows, I would interact with various business groups to establish future state flows based on Business and IT requirements.
