Manage IT Project Deployments to Retail Stores. Responsible for the end to end process including:- Proof of concept- Estimating, budgeting, RFP, RFQ, purchase requests, purchase orders, and financial tracking of project. - Scheduling various vendors to order supplies, rent tools and equipment, or technicians. - Partner internally to utilize existing labor to reduce cost. - Partner with support teams for project turnover to BAU. - Track all aspects of the project including status reporting to leadership. - Daily management and monitoring of project to support the labor force in the field.
